Notification of goods damaged in transit must be notified in writing via email or fax within 7 days of receiving your Perfect Poached Egg Boats.

Broken items MUST be sent back within 14 days via mail (at end purchasers cost) for a refund or replacement.

All goods are shipped in tough cardboard packaging via Australia Post.

Items are securely wrapped in heavy duty plastic bubble cells to prevent damage in transit.
