Shake the boat with the tongs to allow the fully formed, perfectly poached egg to easily slide out. Enjoy!

Using tongs, remove the Egg Boat from the water. Tip: Silicon tongs work well to grip the Egg Boat. Don’t use your fingers!

Bring the water to a boil, then place the lid on. With the lid on cook to your liking or for the suggested times:

Place the Egg Boat into a saucepan of cold water. The water should rise halfway up the side of the Egg Boat. Tip: You can place multiple Egg Boats if you have them!

Gently crack an egg into the Egg Boat.

Spray the porcelain Egg Boat with non stick canola oil. Tip: Paint the oil over the entire inside surface of the Egg Boat with a silicone brush. You can also use butter!
